With Polaroid going bye-bye, I've been searching the internet looking for a Lightroom present that would give me that look when the film is gone. So far I've come up empty.
AlienSkin Exposure 2 (the latest version) has added a great polaroid look and feel options. Nik Color Efex 3 also has polaroid look plug-in but somewhat more basic than AS.
These are PS plug ins though not sure if any can work with LR.
Unfortunately, Lightroom does not support plugins yet. As far as presets go, you'll probably have better luck exploring some of the Lightroom tutorials available online. Some of the authors include some photo effect settings that may interest you. As far as exporting to PS3, if you choose to do so, I can echo DB's recommendation. Alien Skin Exposure 2 has an entire section devoted to polaroid effects.
Edit: the above was meant to say "does not support Photoshop plugins yet." I've actually seen atleast one bonafide plugin created exclusively for Lightroom, so they do exist. They're just not saturated commercially yet...and I've honestly never seen one that would be useful for the OP's purpose.

Alien Skin's Exposure 2 is a great improvement over 1.5, and some of the effects available create a pretty cool look. Below is a sample of some of the Polaroid effects available -
