Personally I'd re-crop the shot so the flower isn't in the middle on the frame (rules of thirds). I would personally get rid of the left side of the frame.
Also, watch for highlights, I think you have a few blown of those. Maybe you can retrieve in pp.

This is a lovely flower, nice rich colors and you captured them well.
If you don't mind I did a quick and a bit sloppy, my work computer is so slow I was loosing my patience, rework. I tried to soften the highlights and subdue the background a little along with a re-crop. If you don't like this I will gladly delete the post.

I took what you did TIm and just pushed it a bit farther... it was a good starting point so I hope you guys don't mind my jumping in here...
OH... this other thing that I did was to tilt the flower 3 degrees to the right to make it a little less static compositionally. It looked too perfectly straight and centered... it isn't much, but I do think it is a subtle improvment.
Thanks for the further tuning Terry, or should I say "master". Like I said, I got frustrated with this slow box at work, I could actually see the brush moving in jerks across the screen!! I never thought about the tilt, I suppose I just do that naturally, my horizons are always off!! Thanks for the tip.
