Seems a little cluttered in the middle. Would have preferred if there was more black space in-between more of the trees like the far left and right sides. Regardless, its a nice shot that really makes me feel the chill of the winter in the image.
I like it Tim, doesn't really look IR to me though. More contrast might be good, but you could also just selectively dodge the highlights in the trees and then selectively burn the shadows, to help guide the eye.. You could even apply a slight vignetting, but all in all I like it the way it is.
