Hi David

I find that 10mm works best to exaggerate the disproportions. It's also best if you can get about a head above the subject (a stool will do) and ask the subject's face to be parallel with the camera lens - or else you'll get things like big foreheads.

Moondigger is right, you can probably easily do it with a 17mm but the 10mm is slightly more fun.
