Beautiful images. Over the years I've watched adult male songbirds feed the females they are courting. The females flutter their wings possibly imitating young birds. Most juveniles may be identified by the yellow around their bills, that prompts the adults to feed them.
Sorry Socrate, thought I had commented on these earlier. Very nice touch of parental bonding. You sure did well capturing very special moments, must have been a lot of bursts to sort through but very well presented. The rain adds an extra dimension to the shots IMO, I quite like #7.
