I like "A" b/c of the framing the black bars provide. Really makes the photo stand out.
However, the information is really compacted into a small area in the top bar...your website and phone number need a little more "breathing" room. On the other hand, the script font....it is so big! Size-wise - your name and the name of your company are almost the same size. I think you need to prioritize which is more important.
Totally nitpicking here...I like them both. Would it be possible to move the pic to the right a bit...better use the rule of thirds? Just a thought, may or may not improve...great images BTW.
