p.1 #1 · Proof booklets?

Who do you use to make proof booklets for weddings? I am finding they are super-pricey Considering the number of images being put in them and I don't really want the individual pictures to be smaller than a half-wallet or so.

Suggestions appreciated!
Thanks!

I use blurb.com for proof books. I make a contact sheet using Breezebrowser and save as JPG. Insert into a blurb setup and it's cheap and easy for the most part.

We use whcc for proofbooks. Spiral-bound, 11x14 with about 12 images/pg. They come to about $50 for 200 images. They work well enough.

There are a dozen lower priced print & bind services available online as well .. many of their "albums" are perfect for proofing, and cost is relatively low. You can layout the proofs horizontally. See Tim Millers resource list for some of the links.

We use Pictage's Pic Books.. 5x5 with the image in it's original aspect ratio on each page. 100 images per book up to 6 books in a fitted slip-in box.

For the lowest package we use the 8 1/2 x 11 with 6 images per page, or loose proofs in a custom box - their choice.
