this is pretty neat. I like to see all the great photographers in front of the camera.
well here I go.
I am 25 years young and have a 2 year old boy and a 5 month old girl. we live in the great weather of southern Indiana. these are of me and my alternate personalities.
Well I am Wayne and my family and I live in Texas. I am the one wearing glasses. My family was patiently letting me wait for sunset at Cathedral Rock in Yosemite Valley....well I think they were being patient. I am a hospital CEO and my wife works with computers in a local chemical plant.
I live and work in Yosemite Valley. I'm within spitting distance of 50, am a US Navy vet, believe that specialization is for insects and that God was inordinately fond of bugs, 'tis an ill wind that blows no minds, and what you send forth returns threefold.
I also tend to use a commanding tone when I tell my customers to look at the stained glass cactus in the window and not at me as I kneel at their feet with a pin in my hand. Can you guess what my current job is?
And Beerguy, you better be able to recognize where this picture was taken. If you can't, you haven't been paying attention.

I'm a near-to-retiring programmer/analyst. Before I stopped hurting or harming other sentient beings, my very favorite activity (well, aside from that) was dry fly fishing for trout in moving water.
I was a photo interpreter in the Air Force in the sixties and got my first exposure (heh heh) to photography there. At Davis-Monthan I saw 9x18 negs from 36-inch focal length cameras in U2s; that was pretty neat.

Nice to meet you all finally... Im mid 40's living in CT right now, but lived on the west coast as well. I have a techie background, and now own my own company doing video surveillance for homes and small business http://viptechllc.com. I love to race cars and bikes, love to fly, and pretty much love being outdoors doing things. Here are a few random shots of me over the past couple years.
Figured I'd remove the other one and post a sober one (t'was a pretty good dinner party on Thursday night, although wine, scotch, gin and beer are kind of a toxic mix the next morning ).
I'm developing sheet film right now and thus adorned with my headlight (my darkroom's light switch is on the outside of the room, which isn't very handy). I think it makes for a flattering picture; unshowered, in need of a shave, etc, etc.
I'm 15 years of age living outside of Philadelphia. I have been shooting for about 3 years and still haven't taken a class. I snowboard, play hockey and recently found a new passion for XC mountain biking.

Hi all, I am more of a lurker, my friends' and photo mentors Dave and Bart do most of the posting. I love going on photo trips with the guys shooting landscapes, portraits and sports. My dad was a photographer, I was never really interested until I wanted to shoot my son's soccer games and my daughter's dance recitals. 4 years ago I dove in and bought my first digital camera, a 20d and 70-200 f2.8 lens. This started my photography obsession. To support this crazy obsession, I am a obstetric sonographer by day. (image pregnant women's babies) I live in Reno, Nevada and also like to golf, cycle and snow board. I am not fond of being on the wrong side of the camera, but here I am.
