Quick study! The titmouse is wonderful, nice perch, background and focus. The cardinal is cute with that pose. The barbed wire isn't that nice but jeez, these are pretty nice.

Thanks everone, I was hesitant to take the Cardinal shot due to the perch. But after watching her head movements thru the viewfinder I decided to take one. I thought maybe the old rusty fence would add a little character. Just wanted opinions from others with more knowledge of this area.
The Tuffed Titmouse is fantastic. These guys are hard to get good shots of, don't ask me why, but I have not seen many that are good let alone great like this one!
Scott, these are very nice, just like the other set you recently posted. Of the two, I like the titmouse a bit better, probably because more of the bird is in focus and the background is more separated from the subject. Like I said before, keep them coming!
Another superb posting mr sportshooter! Scott, these are great, nice character shot of the Cardinal, and a nifty Titmouse. Maybe a little less centered on the first shot would help negate the rusted perch. Again, both are just great!
