Thanksgiving in Monterey, California with family was a highlight of the year from me. Here's one of my favorites from that trip. Sunset at Pinos Point in Pacific Grove - 13 seconds at f11 turns the water into clouds =)
Just replaced my fuji 4900Z interpolated supernoisy toy with a canon digital rebel. ISO 400, f16, 10s and a tripod no filters, image processing or noise reduction.
wow, a lot of beautiful pictures. I really donīt know which is the best of my 2003 pictures. But I think this one is one of my pictures I am pleased of having made.

It is very important to know, to feel Toledo for a shot like that.

I visited Ruby beach a couple of yrs ago. What a beutiful site it is. I was wearing a very brghtly colored shirt with large bright flowers. I was set up with my tripod taking shots when I looked to my right and another guy was taking pictures of me taking pictures. My wife will not let me wear that shirt anymore. What do women know anyway.
