Nahh.......I have already enough trouble on my hands making sure my lenses focus right. The last thing I need is to start worrying if it's the lens , the camera or my own mistake.
A potentially flawed camera is no good to me at any price.
This body was the upgrade path from my 1Ds. Now I wouldn't use a 1D3 if Canon gave it away. I don't have the time to join AF Fix-of-the-week Club. I'm enjoying pro-grade AF with my new Nikon D300 until Canon fumigates their 1 Series.
