So much for the forum rules of being polite, courteous, and not being rude. You have every right to your opinions about the Bible and others beliefs, but they really have no place here. You could have just answered the original post and left it at that.
Having said that, I do think that we have a right to choose what we will or will not photograph. (One really can't make the leap to compare this case to a surgeon refusing to operate on someone. I really can't remember the last time a person's life was in the balance due to being photographed.)
The real problem here is that we live in such a litigious society. There are people out there that will sue, and are looking to, at the drop of a hat.
