p.1 #1 · Help: Pricing Question, Taking pictures of pictures

I've been asked by a local government to take pictures of 40 historic pictures that are hanging on walls throughout their City Hall building. Apparently, they cannot locate the negatives, and they want to be able to reproduce some of them for web or print. The pictures are framed under glass and mounted on the walls, so I'll have the challenge of working around all the reflections from the office lights.

Can anybody out there recommend how much I should charge for this project? I'm sure this will take a good chunk of the day, much of the time being spent setting up the shots and minimizing the reflections with boards, sheets, etc. I'll be giving them a disc of all the high resolution images.
