So I took this the other week while on holiday in Grindelwald (Switzerland) - the mountain on the left is the Eiger. I was looking forward to an attempt at star trails but there was a full moon which made things difficult. My PP skills aren't very advanced but there must be a way to bring out the star trails from this picture a bit?Anyone got any ideas.
I think that this picture should be landscaped. I would clone out the bright light on the mountain. If reshot, I would try to get the entire roof on left.
I would try selectively selecting the sky with magnetic lasso and then playing with curves and highlights/shadows to bring out the star trails.
Thanks for the feedback. You've brought out the stars but I'm not sure what you've done to the lights - why are they green?.
@ Scott - I agree that landscape would look better in this case but unfortunately there was some rather inconvenient construction going on to the right which would have got in the way.
