I like to concept and set-up. Two little points, the sign seems a bit out-of-focus and the horizon lacks contrast. If the horizon was a bit easier to make out and the lettering on the sign was crisper the shot would be perfect.

Anyhow, great shot!

Thanks Chad, I agree in both comments, is there any way I can fix them ? I can apply and unsharpen mask in the lettering, but not so sure what can I do to punch the horizon line.

Thank again

Saul

If you can't retake the shot, you may have a little post processing to do. Use adjustments to contrast and brightness to try and bring out the gray sky more. If possible you can mask any part of the picture you like as is and only adjust the contrast/brightness of the sky or snow.
I prefer to use curves adjustments in PS or any decent photo editing software--it allows me to fix contrast/brightness at the same time.

The lettering may be improved slightly with sharpening. But would probably be improved more with a little contrast boost to the sign--highlight the dark lettering versus the white/grey background.

It always stinks when you get that "perfect" shot and realize latter that something isn't quite right and now you can't reshoot it.

Sometimes it's best to just leave the shot alone, too much post processing can ruin the shot more than any problems the shot may have right out of the camera.

Good luck,
Chad

Actually, I'm very surprised. I like this alot. I was thinking the sky should be grey and the snow white, but this I think is better. A different way of looking at it.

See Ya,
Chad
