p.1 #1 · Chickadee at the feeder

Right behind my monitor and outside my window at a feeder w/black-oil sunflower seeds----maybe 10 ft total---We seem to get only the Chestnut-Backed variety-----I know the aluminum wire looks tacky, but we get such ferocious winds hereabouts that it's needed to keep the feeder from blowing away----used the 180L on a dark rainy day----I need to start some Macro with it------thanks for viewing!

Hopefully the color profile is sRGB.

Nice sharp images, never how I would describe my attempts to shoot birds. Thanks for posting them.

Lovely shot & I understand about winds. Today all the small birds were doing all they could not to be blown away here. We're in a wind tunnel.

Beautiful color!
A little noisy under the feeder though. Are they heavily cropped?
Nice bird!
