We recently visited Europe and here are some pictures from Chamonix area in France where we were there for 2 days...The gondola ride from Auguille du Midi (France) to Helbronner (Italy) hanging over galciers for half and hour one way was one of the most exciting rides I have done in my life...it was at 13k feet and had only one support in between....c&c are most welcome....

These are great, you sure you didnt just scan some post cards

I like 3-7 the best.

Did you use a polarized filter for #3?

I was there for some skiing last March and it was amazing. Definitely have to go back.

Nice pictures, I think #1 is my favorite.

A great set of images. They are all carefully composed and presented. The views are wonderful and remind me of many skying trips we did when I was a child!

I prefer #4 & 5. My taste is in unpeopled landscapes but the climbers add to the scene.
