Well in a few months time there won't be any proof that Galbraith had any problems either, I guess people forget the Sports Illustrated articles but then the MKII was relatively MORE EXPENSIVE than the MK3 today, so it was mostly professionals using it.
I had problems, sent the things to CPS, they came back, no better, for sport I posted a few times that I actually went BACK to my 1D ~ now guys, I'm not just going to do that and give up better colour, dynamic range, tonality and better flash on a whim.
I'm also not going to drop two, less than a year old machines, on a whim take a bath and buy two new MKIIn machines, that's two months regular work for me, I did it because I had to.
No picture no check, it's that simple, at the football, the reception the fashion show , I've one or two reporters and maybe a sports or fashion editor, they see me shooting "marvellous, you got that, I'm writing my story around those pictures!"
"Well you can't sunshine, the bleeding camera lost track and locked on the background like a f**in Nikon ... " says I "Oh Dear, I'll see if someone else got them then!" = no paycheck for that job.
Here's 50 cent, go buy a lollipop and run and play, like a good boy
