Not at all. What my gripe is is the inaccurate comments suggesting a reputable vendor is unscrupulous when it's nothing more than a simple mistake & a fairly isolated incident. Especially when they tried to help--even if not particularly efficiently. IMHO your comments on them were unfair as were molson's. Yep, they screwed up, but that doesn't immediately place a vendor in the same category as bestpricecamera--which was the obvious insinuation. So better to leave it at "gee these guys screwed up and I'm not real happy"
So, here's a question: did they ever charge you? If so did they refund you?
I know where you are coming from, there are vendors that other people are perfectly happy using that I refuse to based on extremely bad service I received. I acknowledge that it's a problem *I* have with them that doesn't necessarily make them unscrupulous or not reputable.
