Nice Photo. I didn't know what it was till I read Barmar's comments. Nice clean shot, shows the striations of the metal, or is it grain as in wood grain?
Barmar: Thanks for your comments. Great knives aren't they? This is actually my son's knife. He missed mine when he went off to college, so he bought himself some. Now that he's home (at least until he gets a job and his own place), we have two sets to use!
