Not really a landscape, but the fall colors here are beautiful.. This was taken in Waterton Lakes National Park, Alberta. last weekend. We have since had snow, and lost alot of the leaves.
So hard to choose just one. I quess this is my favorite at the moment because I just shot it on Monday. Taken along the Kancamagus Highway/ Swift River in New Hampshire. http://www.ralphoberlander.com/images2/sr03.jpg
Love all of the fall foliage pictures. This is such a great site and I finally decided to become a part of it. I took this photo in the Great North Woods region of New Hampshire last week on my vacation. It was an amazing part of the country that I had never been to.

Let's see......I'm guesing Rte 26 near Errol. Nice shot BTW. I like the composition.
From November last year - haven't visited the woods so far this year but it looks as though autumn is coming earlier than in 2006 so I'll see if I can post something new in a short while...
Though it does not compare with most of the images displayed in this wonderful thread, this was captured a few days ago at the Hartman Reserve in Cedar Falls, IA.

A much different take on the 'straight-up' shot...almost a reflection. Nice. Dave
Tough to play favorites, but this one is from last weekend on Mount-Royal, right in the heart of the city : "In Transition" is the title that came to mind. Shot with new 40D, 70-200 f4 L + 1,4X.

I agree with a previous post that a great book could be made with selected photos from this thread! Although not up to the standards already set, this is probably my best effort so far this year - and enough different from others posted that I decided to throw it in. Taken just as the early morning fog lifted at Sleepy Hollow Farm in Pomfret, Vermont.
