With apologies to those in the Southern hemisphere, it's the start of that time of year: the leaves are still mostly green, but there are more hints of yellow, rose, and even red every morning, the light is gold, the edges are sharp, and you no longer have to wake up at midnight to be someplace for sunrise.

Time to share some inspiration: show us a favorite fall image of yours, new or old. That's image, singular: be disciplined, and choose a favorite, not a favorite gallery!

Dave, this is a beautiful image, very well done. The angel of view and the autumn colors in the background are very pretty.
