Gosh, Fibbs, I thought you'd already had a pre-frontol lobotomy. This seems to be a rather crude way to go about it but I guess anything will do in a pinch. You might want to leave that knife right where it is since withdrawing it may be more dangerous in the long run. Between the green pills stopping up your innards and now this little predicament with a knife you seem to have had your share of dificulties lately. I do notice that Matron (or the Llamas) gave you back your clothing, so at least some progress is being made.

By the way - another good shot. Sometime you ought to try to shoot Matron (with a camera). We'd all be curious to see what she looks like.

Might want the little white pills, usually found in a bottle with the label "aspirin"
On the other hand, those green ones might have it covered already anyway...
