Hello again Patty, this picture is so good, with its worm colors and the slow burning charcoal (really slow), not to mention the perfectly cropped pig showing just a touch of movement!
Excellent… I’m sure it tasted as good as it looks!

Thank You John!! I have some very Sharp photos of the Pig (my husband thought they were much better) But I did want to show that touch of movement for this assignment!

Great shot Patty,
Yum, Yum, I haven't been to a pig roast in years. A great take on the WA, knowing how long to takes to roast a whole pig like this and how it slowly rotates. This shot makes me thirsty for a beer

It's soooo nice, but, but, but, the head... For some reason I just can't eat them when I've seen the head... No problem eating pork chops from Safeway... Go figure!
