I guess this is one time we will agree to disagree.  Playful isn't what I would have used to describe it. And certainly it is a symbolic, albeit, hopefully, dramatic, photograph. Although there were only 2 models, so to speak  . The atrocities are the sin depicted. They are big in and of themselves.
