Is there a conversion from EV on our light meters to footcandles or lumens. Thanks.

p.1 #2 · Light meter EV to footcandles or lumens

From Wikipedia "footcandle" entry:

Other measures of illuminance are the lux and EV (exposure value)
L [lx] = 2.5 x 2EV
1 foot-candle = about 10.764 lux;
EV 1 roughly equals to 0.46 foot candle or 5 lux.

Note that EV is a linear progression while foot candle and lux are not. Also note that the below table is hypothetical, the f/stop or aperature will change depending on the film speed.

F-STOP FOOT-CANDLES
2 100
2.8 200
4 370
5.6 750
8 1,500
11 2,800
16 5,000

So if your meter reads in EV, you can do it. My Gossen shows FC also, I don't know why though. Stage lighting?
