Well, an imaginary light box; the “slides” were created using a combination of small mirrors and cut-out square pieces of some old color filter samples…
Shot under direct sunlight with a reflector and solid white background at f/29 to keep the reflection and the objects in focus.
Do you think I could be exempt from using the Rule of Thirds with an abstract?

This is awesome, love the colors, reflections, composition, etc. (the rule of Thirds was rightly and nicely broken)!!!

Beverly, I’m glad you approved my decision of purposely breaking the Rule of Thirds on this composition!
Working with a large light-box I always used to concentrate the slides around the center, but never gave it a second thought until now…
