I hope very soon. I mailed a download link to Fred and he shall place a link on this website. The PDF can't be directly linked to my website, because it will generate too much bandwidth and I'm unfortunately limited.

Hendrik, why not just put it on one of the many upload sites? Rapidshare for example.

The pdf appears to have "save" disabled. Is there a reason for that?

What do you mean? You can save the file to your HD.

When the pdf opened in my browser, "save" and "save as" were grayed out.

I downloaded it to my disk then tried opening it up in an older version of Acrobat (5 I think) and it gave an "encryption" error. I downloaded the newest version of Acrobat and it works fine.
Possibly some newer features that aren't supported in the older versions. Just my guess...
