I agree with snowcrashed54. This is my kind of 'art' photography. Love it.

It seems to have really interesting textures, and the fact the background is so stark really enforces the atmosphere/mood. It's a real modern day portrait. It took me a while to realise your son's seemingly spaced out look was in fact in front of a computer screen!
