Thanks IlMau. Well that's a real one ;-)

At first I was thinking to do the hangman myself and use the 10 seconds timer but I quickly realised that it would be very difficult to control the result this way.
So I ended up building a fake one with my boots, jeans and added my long coat for more drama. Ropes are attached to the boots and to the up of the trousers, coming from inside. Finally each two ropes is attached to a coat hanger with my coat on. Now I had a fake hangman I could put everywhere for tries

My first idea was to have the hangman in motion but I prefered this version.
