p.1 #1 · D-TTL or i-TTL

Well this has been bugging me for a while

I use and SB800 on my D1X and an SB800 on my D70.

Obviously the D1X combo uses D-TTL and the D70 combo i-TTL.

I think i am getting better flash performance from the D1X combo whereas i thought the d70 would be a better flash performer?

Any thoughts?

Are you shooting a lot of indoor shots with the BL turned on when shooting iTTL? If so, turn it off and try again. Leaving BL on when the flash is the main light source will usually cause underexposure.

I have been doing that yep, i will try it just on TTL, thanks

Even when i use it with the D1X BL turned on, it still seems to be better.
