Remember the fan dancer scene from "The Right Stuff?" That was amazing.

To understand this one, though, you would have had to have seen a fan dance before.

That's what her fans looked like, edge on. She was probably a bit curvier than a street sign, but it was quite an effect. I'm sure Sally was never crest-fallen. She might have molted occasionally, but that's it.
