I'd love to see the original images out of the 8mm
also which adapter do you like better? Jolos or KOOD ?
and thaks for taking the time to make this *thumbs up*
You get what you ask for Here is the original Peleng, straight out of the camera, you can actually see my Toy Poodle in the lower left corner . There is some flare on that same corner cause I have no lens hood on the Peleng and there is a bright light on behind the camera. You can't use any lens hood with Peleng on full frame, but with 1,6crop you could mod your self a same kind of lens hood that come with 15mm diagonal fisheyes...
I like KOOD better, it's made in Japan and seems better machined, but Jolos is nice also, when compared with these blank defective ones...
Tuomo. I'm going to Helsinki next thursday. Does some photo store in Finland have the Peleng for sale? How is lens price prices there? Are there any ptotstores that have webpages I can look at?

No they don't, only placess that you can get Pelengs are Kievcamera or RUgift and Ebay ofcourse, that I know of. You definetly can't get it from here
Kievcamera is fast, takes 3 - 4 days to get a lens from there to here in Finland, and it takes 3 - 5 moths to get the same lens from RUgift. Kievcamera is in US and Rugift in Russia, so guess that has something to do with it... Though Russia is our neighbour
I have a 10-22 which is very wide, but this is amazing.
BTW- I think your black poodle is chewing on your shoes in the 8mm Peleng shot :-) He was trying to hide behind you while you were shooting, but I guess you cant hide from the 8mm lens.
I bought a Peleng off *bay yesterday. Can't wait to try it out. I had been tossing around the idea of purchasing one for a while. The comparison helped make my decision.
