p.1 #1 · Sensor Cleaning..

Shot some pictures of Clouds a f/16, and the results said plain as day "clean your sensor"

So what does everyone do for sensor cleaning around here? Iknow that I used Eclipse Sensor Swabs and fluid on my old 1D, but need to at thevery least get some new D70 siszed swabs, still is that the best way to clean a nikon sensor, or are there better ways no a days.

I think it's great that the D70 has a cleaning mode that doesn't require an AC adapter or the use of "Bulb". I wish my other cameras had that.

Here's what I do:

1) Try to blow the dust out with one of those turkey-baster things, or a baby-snot bulb syringe from the drugstore. If that doesn't work,

2) Visible Dust brushes. Usually gets it all, but if there's anything left,

3) Eclipse and a PecPad. I bought one of those sensor swipe things from the Copperhill dude, it works well.

Regards,
Mike
