Wow, the New wedding photographer's handbook is a MUST READ for all us new guys.
Thanks a lot thats, the introduction, and I humbly thank whoever posted it for me.
IT's real location is on www.aljacobs.com ( err the authorof it) > Weddings and is in the process of adding the next 300 pages till the book is finished..........
Forgot to mention Mpix for the Lab section as well.
Mpix is a division of Miller’s Professional Imaging that is already mentioned, but still is a separate entity and has a separate website http://www.mpix.com.
They position themselves as "The professional online digital imaging lab for both the professional photographer and the advanced amateur."
I'm wondering, does anyone have a resource where I can post the images from a wedding and a customer can purchase pictures and even albums? IE, Collages.net. I'd like to outsource this whole side of the business.

Great information. Thanks for the work. Lots of helpful resources. This will help me get ready for my first paid wedding shoot. Well it will help, I don't know if I will ever be completely ready.
Thought I would add a link to a great gallery software...

Hi everyone-- I am not a wedding photographer but came upon this site and I hope to find some help.
I got married last year and had a really bad experience with my photographer. Lets just say that all the so called Full Body pictures had NO feet. So I am decided to just buy the proofs and create my own wedding album since I am good in photoshop.
Now my question is that I would like to have a Coffee Book table Album. I need to find a printing service and binding service. The few that I have called require me to be a professional photographer.
Is there anyone who can give some guidance to how to do this. I don't want walgreens prints but real professional prints just don't know where to go.
