Excellent shot. Gives the imagination plenty of room to play. Mine immediately jumps to thoughts of a conch shell sitting upended on a white sand beach. But maybe that's just me. Good isolation of the essence of the subject.

Thanks so much for the encouraging words.

I love going to the local rose garden this time of year and photographing roses. Everything is in bloom and the smells are so intoxicating.
