Hi Rob-Bob,
Thanks for your message...
1 - the image is exactly 640 x 500
2 - tried an URL but didn't work
3 - the only way I found was to use the "Add a frame to your picture" link to make the image visible in the message... using the Browse bottom in the Picture box, didn't bring the image into the message... but let me try again.

you see, the Browse bottom in the Picture box didn't work... don't know how to do it without using the *add frame to your picture* link...
any clues?

I see you in the reflection.

I like the DOF. The "frame" here should not be a problem. I think the rule applies more to adding the frame via PS directly in the image itself.

BTW, That looks different than the handbell music I've played. Stuff I've played shows both treble and bass cleff and doesn't make much use of 16th notes. But our handbell choir sticks with music around level 3 with only occasional endeavors into levels 2 or 4.

Thanks Steve...
I don't know much about HandBells and music... this group plays here in Woodland Hills for many years, and I have learnt to love their performances... and I was shooting them 'cause they are part of the World Festival of Sacred Music, coming up in September, and the organizers needed some images for the brochure.

Doesn't take much does it? I really love the sound of handbells.

Of course, now that I play in a handbell choir I spend more time following the music and ringing my bells than I do enjoying the sound of the group. Oh well, I guess if I were to spend time listening and enjoying, I'd loose my place in the music.

Fred's usually pretty good about ending them on-time but when he's traveling he's not always able to address the day-to-day website activities. I wouldn't worry about it. He will either extend the deadline, delegate the judging or handle it himself when he can.

I believe you...
realized that most contest images do not really really relate to out of focus, but mostly DOF situations... including mine...
maybe we are not 100% within the subject of the task
