Spent some time this past summer in northern Portugal photographing the local vulture species. There is an abundance of vultures in the north east part of the country, Griffons, Blacks and Egyptians are the main species however this year there was a sighting of a Ruppell's and a Bearded but unfortunately never had an opportunity to photograph them. Of the three species I really enjoy photographing the Egyptians the most.
