Mamiya 645DF+ camera body, everything works, grip on right side is starting to unglue itself (includes 1x lithium ion battery, battery charger) - 8/10 condition
Schneider-Kreuznach 80mm f/2.8 LS Leaf Shutter lens, there is a very small mark on the front element but is not visible in images (includes lens hood, front/rear caps) - 8.5/10 condition

"Very good" to me is a subjective phrase that varies from person to person - that's what I considered the condition to be. Nonetheless, I have updated the description to indicate that it is below very good condition.
I purchased the back in this condition, so I can't speak to the exact circumstances of any marks or dings on the body. But I'm more than happy to take additional photos or videos to help in your deliberations.
