Any recommendations for an L-Plate with the R5 ii and the battery grip with fan/internet? Do I just need to wait a few months for someone to make it? Should I just get an L-plate for the 5r ii without the grip, and if so, which (I heard the R5 plates work, but cover up some of the vents)

Plates for R5 without grip won't fit the grip.

I have a Kirk plate for the R5 with grip, and it works with R5II with regular grip. However, the fan grip is a different design. I would wait and see which company will make a dedicated plate for the fan grip.
