A quick search on B&H suggests, no. At least, not from the big name in this sector, Metabones.
Canon EF-EOS DSLR cameras are very good for mounting 'alternative' lenses, because they have a "shoot without lens" setting. Not sure about the newer Canon R and Nikon Z series.
I think it's unlikely that you'll find an AF adapter for Canon EF lens to Nikon Z camera, because Canon is very proprietary about their camera software, and everything else. From what I've heard, Nikon is even more-so. Regardless, you might find a 'mechanical' adapter to mount an EF lens on a Z8 body (I'd look on eBay). Then, if the lens is not "focus-by-wire" (I don't think it is, but you should check online), and the camera will operate with a juice glass hot-glued to the mount, then you're there with manual focus....Show more →
This is not true. Canon EF lenses can be adapted well to Nikon Z cameras, there are multiple brands of adapters, and I can recommend the Fringer EFNZ ones(there's a II version out now that adds weather sealing, though the Canon macro may not be weather sealed anyway. The AF performance with that combo is near native and of course the IBIS in the camera works. EXIF reports correct values except the lens name, of course, which is replaced by generic focal length and aperture statement. I've been using Z9 with Canon lenses and this adapter close to 2 years now.
