Fred,
Thank you. This was really the right question. Over the last 10 days or so I've asked what cameras am I really using? What am I not. That's easy. I'm using the M, the Sl3 and R5. I love the Q. I'm not using it. The M is a Q without autofocus but with interchangeable lenses. The SL2-S is a low light monster. The SL3 is pretty good at 10000 iso and a gentle dose of denoise makes that look like 6400 without much quality impact. The R5 is not going anywhere because I need it's AF for my other interests.. So, I've got my answer. Sell the SL2-S and Q3.
Thanks again!

I “validate” your decision. I do not own a Q, but, believe that I, too, would have considered the Q to be an “odd one out.”
I would always keep at least one M camera, in any down-sizing thought exercise. One specific Leica M lens is responsible for pulling me into the Leica world, and, thus far, it remains the undisputed favorite.
Not having yet bought into the SL-series, I am neutral on that part.
I empathize with the struggle to make the decisions. I know that I should down-size the lens accumulation, but, logic tells me that two or three of my long-time grail-quest lenses should be the first to go, because their weight and bulk are such major factors in their not being used. (DSLR “super-telephoto” lenses.) If we do not make it to Rockport, Texas, THIS year, to photograph the wintering Whooping Cranes, then, really, all of our large, heavy, fast-aperture, fast-AF-ing wildlife lenses should go, no matter how much we love them.
