p.1 #1 · p.1 #1 · MrJanGear Boris 2 Question

Hello. Just picked up an 800 pf and wanting to include it in my current bag, Gura Gear Kibiko 30L with my Z8, 500 pf mounted and 24-70. It fits no worries but I don’t like walking far, the backpack just isn’t that comfortable for me. I love the bag though.

I just recently learned of the MrJanGear Boris2 and I’m wondering how comfortable it is and if anyone has made the switch from a Gura Gear Bag and if so a thoughts, etc?

Thanks so much!
Frank

I have the original Boris and it’s a much more comfortable backpack than the gura gear packs. The harness is more robust and better fit, at least for me.

From what I've seen and experienced, most backpacks are more comfortable than the Gura Gear.

My understanding is that Gura Gear is meant for getting lots of equipment in a relatively small size onto airlines. But in order to do that it has to sacrifice ergonomics and comfort.

I don't have the Boris 2, but I have the Boris IV and it is considerably more comfortable than my Gura Gear bags I've tried.
