I have a pretty new resident in my garden! I was clearing some Hackberry growing in the back garden this morning and almost wrecked this pretty lady's web -- but she was gracious and posed for me anyway.

A garden is a spider's 'grocery store'. :-)
Sadly, I checked this morning and she has relocated somewhere else. I inadvertently did some damage to her web yesterday, before I discovered her. I had hoped she would just repair it, but it looks like she decided to shop elsewhere.

Fantastic macro work, these spiders are common around the area where I live, I am fascinated by their strong spider webs.
