Bought this for a project and don't need it now. In perfect condition, both cosmetically and functionally.
This case takes 1 or 2 SATA SSDs or drives. It can be set as in one of the following modes:
Separate drives - shows on desktop as 2 distinct disks
Raid 0 (striped)- appears as one large drive, no redundancy
Raid 1 (mirrored) - appears was one drive with the smaller size (if different size drives as used, edundant (both drives are written to and are exact copies.
Comes with optional 9mm drive top and bottom for used with two 4gb drives (not included). Also comes with optional power adapter. I've run this with two 4gb hard drives and a fully powered USB-C port will run it without the power adapter. If you plug it into a USB-A port, you need the adapter.
