I have a RRS BH-55 (and a BH-40 on my light weight pod) that has been running strong for over 10 years now. If I needed to replace it the cost is just over twice the cost of a RRS L bracket so it is a relative bargain...
I still lust after the Arca-Swiss C1 Cube though. Perhaps if the market triples when the BH-55 dies...
as to the arca cube, nice piece of art/engineering but these days not a useful tool for me anymore.
had 2 BH55 heads 1 of the original batch and then 1 later along with matching legsets.. now using 2 BH40s. lightened up the hardware for more travel and the work i do.
