I have the full frame Laowa 10mm 2.8 lens. I want to put a graduated neutral density filter in front of it. I purchased a 77mm screw on filter - it vignettes. I fear that any step-up ring and filter holder no matter how narrow will still vignette. Any filter holders that have a "rating" for how wide of a lens will work the rating is usually around 16mm. A far cry from 10mm.

The only way I could think to hold a 100x150mm graduated filter in front of the lens is to put rails under the camera body and get some kind of rail mount system to hold the filter flush against the front of the lens.

I'm going to use this combo exclusively on a RS3 pro gimbal to take "walking around videos" so rigging up the camera making it awkward to hold is not a big deal. Any ideas?

I tried it with a slim polarizer and that works without any additional vignetting.

He does not say what brand of filter, but it seems there is a slim that works.

I can confirm that the K&F 77mm graduated neutral density filter works on the Laowa 10mm 2.8 with little or no vignetting. It's also much higher quality than the ICE brand off Amazon. Can't stack any other filter on top of it though as expected.

I handhold my GND filters and slightly giggle them to better remove any transition line. Very rare is the transition an exact line and I find handholding and giggling the filter provides better results than trying to line up the transition zone onto something that is jagged.
