So for those who want to still create Dual illuminant Profiles what do we use for Tungsten? Filament bulbs are basically dead which was the standard for the tungsten creation. LEDs are all over the place as far as partial spectrum. Are Halogen the next best thing? What are the thoughts...?

A 100w tungsten bulb. I have a case of them, should be good for the occasional use. You can get them on eBay and Amazon.

This is kind of a funny question - nothing replaces tungsten as far as color spectrum is concerned. Daylight is the only thing better. LEDs have gotten pretty good but tungsten and daylight are the gold standard for color reflectance.

Only funny till we can't buy them anymore

I emailed Calibrite support just to ask and Halogen was the next recommended bulb if you couldn't get a incandescent filament bulb.

To quote myself: "You can get them on eBay and Amazon". At least in Canada, where incandescents have been banned for longer than in the USA.
