I don't use CPL's a lot but they have always driven me crazy as I seem to rotate them by accident...... Does anyone know of a CPL that has a positive clicks or some soft of feedback on rotation?

I've never seen an indexed polarizer. It could be problematic since the correct orientation requires fine adjustments. When your camera leveling position dictates the polarization position, a preset index might not allow the optimal adjustment.

What lens(es) are you using? When possible, using a lens hood prevents exactly the accidental movement you're talking about.

Another option is using a modular filter holder like Haida or Nisi. Drop-in polarizers are turned with a small adjustment wheel so are less prone to accidental movement. The whole setup is less convenient to carry compared to a single screw-in C-PL filter though.

My Heliopan CPL has index marks. It's a nice filter, but a bit thick.

A slender piece of gaffer's tape will keep it where you what it to be. I'd use something like a 1 1/2" x 1/4", or whatever fits the rim. It's easy to peel off and re-apply, as long as it stays clean.
