Not just for a Lent day either... cold day, windy, some soup and a grilled cheese (especially on rye) is a pleasure...

.....In the hot summer months gazpacho is delicious! Yes you can eat it with cold soup! Just cut your tomatoes, put in a blender with a few spices( I see basil in your image?) and voila! Very refreshing for a hot summer afternoon!
A gc on rye? Why not!!!!!!
